Christopher K. Jones Founder

Christopher K. Jones founded Financial Solutions, Inc. in 1991 to provide key financial and operational support services to growing businesses, helping dozens of companies realize their full financial potential. Chris has served as CFO and COO pro tem of numerous startups, growing enterprises, and turnarounds in over 30 different industries.

Chris was a recipient of the Business Council of Westchester's prestigious Rising Stars 40 Under 40 Award in 2006, and in 2007 was named a SCORE Success Story by the SCORE Small Business Administration, White Plains Chapter. He currently serves on the 40 Under 40 Steering and Selection Committee of the Business Council of Westchester, and is on the Westchester Community College Professional Education Advisory Board. He frequently speaks to not-for-profit organizations on fund accounting and not-for-profit management.

Chris received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the College of New Jersey. An accomplished athlete, he is a former collegiate wrestler and now a martial artist who trained with two USA Judo Olympic Coaches. He actively works with the Tibetans-in-Exile and raises money for the sustainability and preservation of the Tibetan Culture in India and the United States.


Nicholas Simard Partner

Prior to joining FSI, Nicholas Simard founded and operated a successful business brokerage in Westchester County, New York. He has been involved in the structuring of the profitable sale and transition of 23 companies. Before that, he enjoyed a successful career in finance at Johnson & Johnson, where he received several leadership and Team Excellence awards. While there, he completed J&J's renowned Financial Leadership Development Program.

Nicholas received a Rising Star 40 Under 40 Award from the Business Council of Westchester. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from La Salle University in Philadelphia, and studied at L'Ecole Superieure de Commerce in Grenoble, France. He is a private pilot and an American Red Cross volunteer.
